What a mouthful of a name! Recently we had a local customer take advantage of our Drop-off Cleaning Service and his pair of the Nike sacai x Fragment LDWaffle was filthy. Good thing we know a thing or two about cleaning suede sneakers! 

If you didn't know, we offer this drop-off cleaning service for those local to us, but we also have an Online Cleaning Service option, which provides our loyal fans with the option to ship their shoes to us to have them cleaned by our team of Shoe Care experts. 

If you're skeptical or want to know more, this article is for you. Let's take a deeper dive into our Drop-off and Online Cleaning Services and what you can expect when you leave your shoes with us! 

How does it work? 

This is an easy one. If you're local, simply come into the store and let our staff know you're here to drop off some kicks. You'll fill out a form and be on your way in no time at all! For those of you who aren't in AZ, you can purchase the cleaning package that fits your needs, ship your shoes to us, and relax as our expert staff takes care of the cleaning for you! 

With a plethora of cleaning packages available there is something for everyone, and for every shoe! 

Who will clean your shoes? 

Your favorite pair of shoes are special to you, and we get that. Just like you would a dog or a child, you're particular about who you let near them. 

Rest assured your shoes are safe with us. Our expert Shoe Care staff has worked on thousands of pairs of sneakers. We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

Can I send any shoes? 

Yes. We clean all sorts of shoes. From sneakers to Jordans, Yeezys to work boots and everything in between. If you wear it on your feet, we can clean it. 

Do we repair or restore damaged sneakers? 

Sadly we don't not repair or restore damaged sneakers at this time. Our DM's are filled daily with people asking us to do midsole swaps, fix cracking leather and damaged suede. At this time we don't have the bandwidth to handle these type of requests. 

Rest assured we're working on a way that we can accommodate anyone and everyone, but that has not come to fruition quite yet. Until then, feel free to send in your dirty kicks and we'll get them looking right! 

sacai LDWaffle: Final Results

Rod selected the Signature RESHOEVN8 cleaning service, so that's exactly what we did to clean up his kicks. Rob used the Three Brush System to clean the shoe inside and out, and then put it in the wash with our Sneaker Laundry Detergent to flush it out completely. Then he used all of the suede tools in our arsenal to make the suede buttery soft, nappy, and lush.
